Five star +. I needed a sleeve installed under a flagstone/concrete slab patio to pull new well water and electrical service lines. Between well companies, excavation companies and boring companies, I called about 20 different contractors. Other than Bill at Terrafirma Drilling and one other firm, I got either no call back, "too busy" or "job is too small". Bill called back promptly, reviewed photos of the job, agreed to do the job and gave me an estimate by text/call. Boring was significantly less than excavation due to not having to tear-up the patio. Since I was running on temporary service lines, Bill pulled me ahead in his schedule. On the scheduled day, Bill and his team arrived on-time and promptly completed the installation exactly as requested. Great firm, great team! Five stars.

I was very well pleased for the catch basin they put in for me. Seen what a landscape company put in for the neighbor which was a small catch basin 12/12 plastic. They put a concrete 2ft by 2 ft with metal grate in for me basically same cost as neighbors. Bored through concrete sea wall and when finished clean up and seeded and strayed what was dug up thank you Bill for a great job.
